Counselling helps people improve their sense of well-being, alleviate their distress, increase their ability to solve issues they may be facing and make decisions for themselves. That’s where I come in. My role is to help you make sense of what is happening.

There will be times in life when we face difficulties or concerns that may prevent us from feeling happy and fulfilled. You may be struggling to cope with certain aspects of your life, or certain emotions. What’s more, you may be finding it difficult to admit that you need support working through them.

I provide a discreet and confidential service and hold sessions in my therapy room in a quiet residential area near Abington Park, ten minutes drive from Northampton town centre. There is ample free parking on the road outside.
