I have practised as a therapist for fifteen years. After a career in both industry and higher education I trained as a psychotherapist. I have been involved in the work of five local counselling services as well as being in private practice. I have worked with a diverse client base; individuals or couples of all ethnic origins and sexuality and all adult ages.

Group Analysis North is a charitable organisation made up of individuals in the North of England, who are interested in the ideas and practice of Group Analysis and Group Psychotherapy. We all live, work and play in groups. The essence of being human is social. If you are managing a team or group of people, or are running or participating in groups, an understanding of how groups work and function can be invaluable.

I grew up in the North West of England between Manchester and Liverpool and went to school and college in Wigan and Warrington. I have always been fascinated by people and even then I knew I wanted to do something that would help people.
