I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor and for over 30 years have been working with adults and couples of all ages who feel the need to address the emotional and psychological issues that are troubling them.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you if you are feeling distressed, stuck and struggling with any part of your life. It offers a supportive space to help you to reflect and think about yourself and your life and has the potential to help you to live life more fully.

I am a sociologist of children and childhoods working within the CASCADE Children's Social Care Research and Development Centre at Cardiff University. I have been a researcher at Cardiff since 2013, focusing on childhood identities, gender, sexuality, and contemporary social theory. My PhD in Sociology was completed in 2015 and explored early childhood and gender through a feminist posthumanist lens.

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with a private practice in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. I am a senior therapist at the 'Mindtalk' group in Market Harborough, and also provide professional group or individual supervision to other therapists. I work with sensitivity and respect together with you, to offer help in the face of particular problems or the most prolonged and intense difficulties.
