I am a sociologist of children and childhoods working within the CASCADE Children's Social Care Research and Development Centre at Cardiff University. I have been a researcher at Cardiff since 2013, focusing on childhood identities, gender, sexuality, and contemporary social theory. My PhD in Sociology was completed in 2015 and explored early childhood and gender through a feminist posthumanist lens.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you if you are feeling distressed, stuck and struggling with any part of your life. It offers a supportive space to help you to reflect and think about yourself and your life and has the potential to help you to live life more fully.

As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (BACP Registered and Senior Accredited), I offer both brief focused and longer-term private counselling and psychotherapy from my Leicester practice (LE1).
