I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) in private practice and provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Monmouth and the surrounding areas that include Abergavenny, Ross, Forest of Dean, Raglan and Usk to Individauls, Couples and Corporate clientele.

Formerly a Psychiatric Nurse, she has extensive experience in the NHS both within a generic and specialist role in Psychotherapy which has run parallel to her Private Practice of over 20 years with adults and teenagers. Until March 2014 she also worked in a Primary Care Setting for 12 years.

I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Senior Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor with over 30 years' experience in various settings and roles.
