Our Hatha Yoga classes are based upon the traditional techniques of Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama that was taught to Simon in Varkala, Kerala,South India.
Tuesday & Thursday classes are now in Stockton Heath primary school, West av, WA4 6HX. I am sorry but due to building works we have restricted car parking at the school car park itself so please also overflow into the surrounding roads or the Forge car park (which is free after 3pm).
