A yoga class can be the time in the week you set aside for quiet in a busy schedule, allowing you to explore calm at physical, mental and emotional levels of your being or form part of your regular excercise routine.

Emily teaches Hatha yoga and pregnancy yoga in Ashtead, Surrey, and Weybridge. The classes are held at the Peaceful Pavillion on Ottways Lane in Ashtead, and the stylish Powers Cafe in Weybridge. The classes are mixed ability, offering gentle and challenging options depending on your own body and how you’re feeling that day. Yoga is beneficial and accessible to everyone and you can begin your practice at any age.

I was a dancer from the time I could walk. I was immersed in the world of ballet from the age of nine, which today gives me the insight and x-ray vision into how bodies move. Through my offerings with appleyoga I support people like you to immerse themselves on the yogic path of insight and absorption.
