My yoga journey began in the 1990s. At the time I was working within a large organisation that involved long hours, travel, not feeling challenged & stress. My very first tentative steps on the mat held mixed wonderings. After many years of high impact exercise I was rather confused by the slow movements. After continued practice & finally immersing myself in my own yoga practice, it lead me to train to become a yoga teacher. A decision which has been & still is so rewarding & fulfilling in so many ways.

My name is Wendy and I am a Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher. For more information about my qualifications, please see About Wendy. My classes are fun and a bit wild! Hahahaha...a bit like me. Most of my classes are in the flow style - some slower and some faster.

We are a family-run business, teaching the importance of maintaining a strong, flexible, body and mind, through the regular practise of Yoga. Whatever your age, we can help you discover and maintain a happier, healthier you.

We help students learn about Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. We are lucky to have found a Yoga studio to call home in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
