Hello, I’m Sue Rook and I have been practising Yoga since 1987. I enjoyed my yoga so much, that in addition to working in Human Resources and Training, I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2006. Since then I have taught both adult and children’s classes in the Lincoln area.

As a RAD trained ballet dancer, I first started teaching ballet to children when I was sixteen years old, and have been teaching dancing, fitness classes and yoga in some form or another since then. In fact, the classes have been running at Coronation Hall since 1995!
