The first years results were better than expected, exceeding the targets of the business plan. Kinsman Construction Ltd then went on to become Kinsman Construction Cheltenham Ltd in December 2013.

We are Buildex Construction Limited — a building company based between Cheltenham and Gloucester. As the 2 Directors — Jason Folley and Jason Hayes, we established the company in 1996 and we have over 60 years’ building experience between us.

D A Cook (Builders) Ltd have enjoyed a long and varied history in the construction industry, dating back to 1968. Repeat business has come from a diverse range of public and private clients including English Heritage; National Trust; Natural England; Diocese of Gloucestershire and Diocese of Worcestershire. Commercial clients include Gloucestershire NHS; Gloucestershire County Council; MOD; GCHQ, Rooftop Housing Association and London Allied.

Since its establishment the Company has been undertaking quality building projects in the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas earning a reputation for reliability, quality and delivery.

Highgate Construction Ltd was originally established as N J Smith Builders in 1979 by Nigel Smith. It has now developed into a family run building company, providing the complete design and build service to customers throughout Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds.
