We are Buildex Construction Limited — a building company based between Cheltenham and Gloucester. As the 2 Directors — Jason Folley and Jason Hayes, we established the company in 1996 and we have over 60 years’ building experience between us.

Precast Concrete Structures (PCS) is the industry specialist in the design, manufacture and erection of offsite modular building techniques using precast concrete manufactured by our manufacturing partners. We have the ability to choose the best design solution for your specific project utilizing a wealth of precast concrete options.

Kinsman Construction Ltd was formed in March 2011 and quickly established itself as a professional and reliable company. The first years results were better than expected, exceeding the targets of the business plan. Kinsman Construction Ltd then went on to become Kinsman Construction Cheltenham Ltd in December 2013.

The company was originally formed in 1976 but reformed & renamed in 2010 to Beard & Tandy Developments, initially as a sole trader. The company was incorporated in 2012. We are an EXOR accredited supplier to Public Sector Authorities, CHAS accredited, Construction line & Sovereign Damp Proof Approved Contractor.
