Charcoal is a small catering company made up of a team of like-minded passionate foodies, run by chef James Horrigan. James is a local boy that has had a love for food for as long as he can remember. His early culinary career saw him heading up the kitchens of some of Westons best restaurants from 'The Thatch' to 'The Commodore Hotel'. But his dream was to one day run his own catering company that would specialise in delicious smoked and barbecued foods using only locally sourced meats from the Somerset area. And so Charcoal was born.

Charlotte Budd Catering is based in Somerset and specializes in providing high quality, home made food for any occasion. Charlotte has worked as a caterer for over 25 years and is particularly well known for her wedding and cocktail party catering.

Party pig Catering is a professional family run business based on the farm, specializing in spit roasted meats and barbeques. Whether it be a full 8-hour spit roast Somerset reared pig with our famous crackling accompanied by homemade apple sauce and stuffing.
