CrossFit Devils Path is unlike any other gym, here you will NOT find rows of treadmills or cross trainers, you will not be plonked onto a pec deck or Leg press machine to perform any isolated or restricted movements. What you will find is a group of like-minded individuals carrying out functional compound exercises involving the body’s natural movements.

At Bodies in Design it is our motto to Live Younger Longer”. That doesn’t mean we are trying to hold onto our youth! It simply means that if we take care of our bodies then we will be able to enjoy life’s experiences far more, not just when we’re young but throughout the whole of our lives.

Having lived in East Grinstead for nearly 20 years I have established my own fully equipped and fully insured studio where I have trained many successful clients to reach their own personal goals. I am extremely passionate about personal fitness and well being and believe each person needs tailored sessions to give them the opportunity to suceed.

We offer a friendly, safe and encouraging environment for developing body and mind whilst exploring the exciting world of gymnastics. We boast brand-new state of the art equipment, at convenient locations, purchased specifically for the gymnasts at our clubs. Our gymnastics program is tailored so that your child will learn core gym skills and be awarded British Gymnastics badges for achievement as well as the chance to compete.
