Having lived in East Grinstead for nearly 20 years I have established my own fully equipped and fully insured studio where I have trained many successful clients to reach their own personal goals. I am extremely passionate about personal fitness and well being and believe each person needs tailored sessions to give them the opportunity to suceed.

With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, I can provide you with all the help and motivation you need. Whether you are looking to get fit, lose weight, tone up, improve performance or just seeking some motivation, I can help you achieve your goals.

We boast brand-new state of the art equipment, at convenient locations, purchased specifically for the gymnasts at our clubs. Our gymnastics program is tailored so that your child will learn core gym skills and be awarded British Gymnastics badges for achievement as well as the chance to compete.

CrossFit Devils Path is unlike any other gym, here you will NOT find rows of treadmills or cross trainers, you will not be plonked onto a pec deck or Leg press machine to perform any isolated or restricted movements. What you will find is a group of like-minded individuals carrying out functional compound exercises involving the body’s natural movements.

We are an independent gym run by two friends who have over 20 years combined experience in the fitness industry. We wanted to provide people with a clean well equipped gym that was affordable to everyone making sure that cost was not a prohibiting factor to getting people fitter.
