Body Active Gym was established back in 2002 as a strength training facility. We are now located at unit 12 Italy Style building cambridge road with a floor space of 16,000 Sq ft, the gym is equipped with state of the art machinery ranging from hammer strength, cybex, life fitness and watson.

Whether you want to burn some calories or simply relax in our spa area, the fitness facilities at Ashwells are sure to satisfy your requirements.
