At Feelgood Fitness and Wellness Centre our mission is to provide a relaxed and comfortable place to exercise for improved health, wellbeing and confidence. People of all ages and abilities workout here regularly without feeling self-conscious or intimidated, and all of our members are very welcoming to newcomers. There is no judgement in our non-competitive environment. That is the whole ethos of this club and is just one of the many qualities that set us apart.

Nicola Smith and Joanna Stokes have owned and managed Bodycare for over 13 years — since its inception over 30 years ago. Having been involved with the club for over 20 years they are both keen to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for healthy living and fitness with every member.

I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in 1994 at the age of 19. I then entered the NABBA South East and got Novice Winner. I also won the Kent Classic in the same year and won the middleweight and overall in the NPA British Finals in 2007. I entered the UKBFF British Finals in 2011 in the under 80Kg category and won.
