I'm a regular visitor to chf, and find that the staff motivate me to reach levels I could never achieve alone. They have an exceptionally high standard of instructors, who are very friendly and helpful. The amount of equipment is excellent, facilities are great, and timetables very good. I don't have enough self motivation, and rely heavily on the great gym and it's staff.
