Rather than treating the symptoms, Nutritional Therapy addresses the underlying cause of the health problem which encourages the body’s own healing.

Dietary and lifestyle factors may have a fundamental effect upon many areas of health including digestion, skin, weight, energy, emotions and psychological wellbeing. In order to sustain optimal health, the body requires the correct balance of nutrients. Deficiencies in key nutrients may lead to nutritional imbalances and a sense of sub-optimal wellbeing.

After 15 years of being a stay-at-home mum, I decided that I needed to do something for myself that I was passionate about. I have always been interested in food and wellbeing, and how to encourage a healthy environment in the household, therefore I chose to become qualified as a Nutritionist.
