Lead by a clinical psychologist, we are a nationwide team of expert witness psychologists who are passionate about the work we do. Because we work exclusively in this field you can be reassured that we really know what we are talking about, helping you make the right decisions.

Riverside Therapy Practice Ltd. is a counselling and psychotherapy service treating adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Help is available to individuals and couples living in East Sussex. The practice also operates part-time in South East London SE22.

I have been practicing psychology for over 30 years now. I am UK born, but was raised in Australia, where I did my training, so I am registered in both countries [HCPC & AHPRA]. I have worked in a large number of government and private clinical settings with people of all ages [from young children to the elderly, and everyone in between], and from all walks of life.

Maybe you feel in a stuck place, in life or in a relationship. Or you feel you’re playing the same scenes over and over. Maybe you want something to shift but don’t know how. Whatever you’re going through I don’t believe in keeping calm and carrying on.

Haywards Heath Counselling Centre is an established and trusted practice of qualified and highly experienced Counsellors. We work with adults, couples, children and adolescents and we welcome people here from all backgrounds. We are all members of the BACP and we work according to their code of ethics.
