I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with eighteen years experience offering individual, group and couples psychotherapy, counselling, supervision and training in Crowborough, East Sussex.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant with 16 years' experience in the field of psychological therapy. Since qualifying as a Counsellor in 2003, I have completed many additional trainings in trauma-focused approaches (including EMDR), systemic approaches, mindfulness, CBT and supervision.

As an Accredited Member of BACP, British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Counselling Southeast offers counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, young people and schools in Kent, East Sussex and South East London, including Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Sidcup.
