As a qualified accredited counsellor and psychotherapist I have a number of years’ experience in private, corporate health, schools, GP surgeries, and the volunteer sector, and offering psychological support to clients with Asperger’s Syndrome and their families.

I am an experienced BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) registered counsellor offering effective therapy in a private and confidential setting in Camberley, Surrey. I have 15 years of working as part of 3CCS but I must add, to avoid confusion, that I have also worked wholly individually under the name Objective Reach Counselling Services (which is how I am listed on the BACP Find a Therapist Directory) over the same period. Whichever way my clients may find me, I offer them the same: I am a friendly, diverse, capable counsellor and psychotherapist and I spend a very significant proportion of my time continuously keeping myself up to date with knowledge and professional developments in my field.

Sophie’s interest in Sport & Exercise psychology began at an early age. This led to her graduating with First Class Honours majoring in Psychology at the University of East London; in the heart of the Olympic borough. Following this, Sophie went on to complete her Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Chichester.
