I have been practising counselling and psychotherapy since 2001 and after working in various organisations, began my own private practice - Therapeutic Counselling. Having worked with people from all walks of life with a wide diversity of personal issues and emotional difficulties, I am very aware of how hard it can be to take the first step and seek help. Erko Psychology is a team of highly experienced psychologists led by Colin Matthews, based in the centre of Bournemouth, Dorset. We provide psychological services for adults and young people including counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and skills training. Additionally, we provide psychological assessments, clinical supervision and consultancy and work with organisations and healthcare professionals.

It may be hard to talk to friends and family about these feelings and the strain of trying to cope and be strong can be exhausting. Talking to me confidentially about anything that you need to, could be a great relief.
