I owe regular visitors to this site a big apology! Having spent so much time communicating with you all via social media and promoting my classes and workshops online I appear to have neglected this website entirely! No wonder I was receiving phone calls for all sorts of classes that I no longer run. r your interest by telling me the age of your children and where you live and I can book a venue and sessions accordingly.

The Birmingham Yoga Studio, at the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, hosts yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability. However, if you have any medical conditions please contact the teacher in advance to ask for advice.

Michelle found yoga in her teenage years. She loved the way it made her feel and its deep spiritual connections to India. Yoga followed her throughout her life and her career as a secondary school teacher. Michelle decided to train to teach to enable her to create a home practice but before she knew it, others wanted to train with her.
