Welcome to yogahaven - Hot Yoga in London, Brighton & Birmingham! We believe yoga is magical and fun — that’s why we teach a unique style of hot yoga called ‘leela’, meaning ‘play’ in Sanskrit! Our studios offer a wide variety of yoga classes where there’s something for everyone; regardless of your level of experience, flexibility, or strength. Whether you’re a ballerina or a builder, a lawyer or a chef — we are confident that our yoga classes will change the way you look at health, fitness and meditation.

The Birmingham Yoga Studio, at the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, hosts yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability. However, if you have any medical conditions please contact the teacher in advance to ask for advice.

Classes are fun, supportive, engaging (different each week) and non-competitive A range of props are used during the sessions. This helps people of all abilities to participate in yoga. All equipment is provided.

I owe regular visitors to this site a big apology! Having spent so much time communicating with you all via social media and promoting my classes and workshops online I appear to have neglected this website entirely! No wonder I was receiving phone calls for all sorts of classes that I no longer run. r your interest by telling me the age of your children and where you live and I can book a venue and sessions accordingly.
