Looking for a yoga class in the West Midlands area that's friendly, fun and affordable? I offer a range of yoga classes including evening classes in Rowley Regis (Blackheath) and West Bromwich.

The Birmingham Yoga Studio, at the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, hosts yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability. However, if you have any medical conditions please contact the teacher in advance to ask for advice.

I teach Anusara-Inspiredâ„¢ yoga, a style that challenges as well as relaxes, cultivates physical strength and inner-connection, and develops flexibility of body and mind. I also teach meditation and run regular Tantrik yoga philosophy discussions. My yoga classes are run on both a Pay-in-Advance or a Pay-As-You-Go drop-in basis. Beginners and all levels are welcome.

Hi-Ki is a harmonious blend of both static and dynamic forms of yoga. Through massage, movement and meditation, Hi-Ki Yoga will help you reconnect to your essential self, the source of our dreams, health and happiness.

Classes are fun, supportive, engaging (different each week) and non-competitive A range of props are used during the sessions. This helps people of all abilities to participate in yoga. All equipment is provided.

Michelle found yoga in her teenage years. She loved the way it made her feel and its deep spiritual connections to India. Yoga followed her throughout her life and her career as a secondary school teacher. Michelle decided to train to teach to enable her to create a home practice but before she knew it, others wanted to train with her.
