As an experienced Yoga Teacher since 2009, my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. Situated in the Gravesend, Kent area, I incorporate a variety of traditional and therapeutic practices in movement, breath and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.

I am a self confessed yoga addict, I just can't help loving yoga. From the first time I stepped on my mat, I knew I was hooked. Yoga had found me or me it? Through the practice of yoga I lost this image of who I thought I was and found who I really was. I went though a roller-coaster of ups and downs, doubts and conformations.

Hi, my name is Emma. I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and a busy working mum to two school-aged children (my daughter who is 16 and my son who is 11).

Buddha Buddies baby yoga classes for both babies and children offer an innovative and imaginative way to harness the power of yoga in children’s lives. We use music and movement to enhance your child’s physical, emotional and intellectual development from birth to secondary school.

Rose-Marie Sorokin is co-founder and director of Inner Light Yoga & Health Co (UK). She is originally from Sweden and came to the UK in 1986. Rose-Marie was involved with dance, choreography, and textile design for several years in Sweden and Europe before moving to England and was also the proprietor of two dance studios in Sweden in the 1980s. She also has a background in art, marketing and translation and worked as a translator, marketing executive, voice-over artist and presenter in the 1990s in England, Sweden and Germany.

For everyone who comes to yoga it offers something different, providing relaxation or developing suppleness and agility. A yoga class can be the time in the week you set aside for quiet in a busy schedule, allowing you to explore calm at physical, mental and emotional levels of your being or form part of your regular excercise routine.

The Maidstone Yoga Centre has been created to provide a perfect environment to learn and enjoy the benefits of yoga on all levels. Taking almost a year to find and refurbish, the centre is fast approaching its first anniversary and now attracts people from all backgrounds and abilities.
