I have been practising yoga since 1998 and qualified as a teacher in May 2012 after completing a 500 hour course with the Victor Foundation based in Folkestone, Kent and who are affiliated with the IYN (Independent Yoga Network). I am fully insured and affiliated with the Yoga Alliance.
