I have been studying and teaching Hatha yoga since 1989. Over the years, I have studied with a variety of teachers, allowing me to adapt my knowledge to the needs of many different students.

Nikki has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over 26 years. She originally qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1998 and founded Yoga Focus shortly after. She has continued to train extensively in Britain and India, which includes traditional disciplines such as the Bihar School of Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Hatha Tantric Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Viniyoga.

Milton Keynes Ashtanga yoga was set up by Andreas to bring some of the country's most respected yoga teachers to the Milton Keynes area. Andreas has been teaching in and around Milton Keynes for over 10 years. He is an inspiring yoga teacher who believes yoga should be hard but fun.
