I am a trained Sivananda, Hatha flow and Ashtanga Yoga teacher based in Thame, Oxfordshire. My personal practice spans over 20 years, and I have been teaching since 2004. I aim to teach classes which are accessible to all, yet challenging on an individual level.

Trinity — a place that brings together many people from all walks of life for a wide range of activities during the week and for worship and prayer. We don’t claim to have all the answers and we’re not perfect, but we desire to serve God and reach out to all in our community.

Welcome to Liz Brown Yoga, offering friendly group yoga classes in Monks Risborough and in Wendover near Aylesbury, plus private yoga or yoga therapy sessions. My mother initially sparked my interest in yoga as a child, which led to my regularly practicing yoga since 1990 and teaching since 2007.

I first discovered yoga in the mid 90’s while travelling in India with my boyfriend, (now husband), Jeff. Initially I was reluctant but the more I practiced, the more I began to feel the physical and mental benefits: what started as a weekly yoga class became a daily yoga and meditation practice.

We at YC+ are committed to creating sustainable wellness. We offer person-centered care to help people get healthy and keep them healthy. Our practitioners use a variety of modalities such as Holistic Sports Therapy & Remedial Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Psychological Therapy, Counselling, Acupuncture, Prenatal-Care, Reiki, and Mindfulness. We consider the uniqueness of each person and how both internal and external factors impact functioning. We encourage our clients to become pro-active in their own health and partner with them as they journey towards true health and optimal wellness.

Aylesbury Yoga Centre has had to move out of its home of 5 years. We are currently without a physical base but are still committed to supporting the yoga community in Aylesbury.

Louise comes from a contemporary dance background and has always been inspired by the body, its wisdom and intricacies. It was through a dance-related injury that she was lead onto the path of therapy work. She graduated in 2005 as a Shiatsu therapist through the Ealing School Of Shiatsu before also qualifying in Indian head massage and Hot Stone Therapy with Jing Advanced Massage training.
