Charcoal is a small catering company made up of a team of like-minded passionate foodies, run by chef James Horrigan. James is a local boy that has had a love for food for as long as he can remember. His early culinary career saw him heading up the kitchens of some of Westons best restaurants from 'The Thatch' to 'The Commodore Hotel'. But his dream was to one day run his own catering company that would specialise in delicious smoked and barbecued foods using only locally sourced meats from the Somerset area. And so Charcoal was born.

We're proud of our reputation for inspired bespoke menus and seamless event management. From intimate private dinner parties and large-scale weddings to slick corporate events and rip-roaring celebrations, we'll make sure it's all in hand. We understand the highs and lows of pulling together the perfect event and are on hand to handle every aspect; whether you need a mixologist for an evening of themed cocktails or practical kit such as furniture and marquee hire, we've got it covered.

Party pig Catering is a professional family run business based on the farm, specializing in spit roasted meats and barbeques. Whether it be a full 8-hour spit roast Somerset reared pig with our famous crackling accompanied by homemade apple sauce and stuffing.
