I am an Integrative Counsellor and Transpersonal Psychotherapist in private practice near Petersfield in North Hampshire. I work 1-2-1, long-term, with compassion and mindfulness focused therapy. While the details of peoples’ lives, and their problems, are many and varied, two common factors are shame and high levels of self-criticism. Healing the split between personality and soul is the aim of the game.

We help adults, teenagers and children to deal with their difficulties, understand their emotions and behaviour — and regain control of their everyday lives. Whichever way my clients may find me, I offer them the same: I am a friendly, diverse, capable counsellor and psychotherapist and I spend a very significant proportion of my time continuously keeping myself up to date with knowledge and professional developments in my field.
