I am a BACP Registered Humanistic Existential counsellor - this means that I put you at the centre of your own therapy. My role is to help you understand yourself and your problems and find a new perspective that will improve your life.

At some point in their lives most people experience distress, acute unhappiness or difficult and stressful situations. These may relate to partnerships, family or to work. Recognizing and identifying some of the underlying issues and working to change these can be helpful and liberating. Having a neutral space as well as time to explore feelings and issues is part of the process. The collaborative relationship between the counsellor and client can frequently contribute to change, and so the choice of counsellor is really important.

Established in 2007 after 7 years of training, we offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CRUSE and Person Centered Counselling for many of the issues that we all face in our day to day lives.

Loughton Counselling Services is a private counselling practice established by Bonny Flowers in 2002. The practice is based in Loughton Essex, within walking distance of the central line on the London underground and easily accessible by local bus services and major roads such as the M11, M25 and A406.
