Thank you for visiting my website. I run yoga classes in Dummer Village and Beggarwood, near Basingstoke. I live in Dummer, North Hampshire, and have named my yoga business DummerYoga after this beautiful village which has been my home and inspiration for many years.
I live in Hampshire and teach yoga, offering pregnancy, postnatal, baby, and hath a yoga in the Alton, Alresford, Basingstoke, Winchester and Old Alresford areas.
I attended my first yoga class in the mid 1980’s whilst in my early teens. Initially the physical practise drew me in, and I loved finding my physical limits of strength and flexibility.
