In my youth, I trained daily, morning and evening at Crossmyloof & Paisley Ice Rinks in Glasgow as an Ice Figure Skater under the guidance of trainers Norma Wilson and Gladys Jagger. Through their expert world class training I accomplished a high standard of skating. I competed up and down the rinks in England and Scotland.

Hot/Warm yoga is practised in a heated studio of 32-40C. Develop strength, flexibility and balance to improve fitness levels. With similar heat and humidity to practicing in it’s home of southern India.

The Yoga Being Studio opened in January 2015. Lisa Hickingbotham is the owner, who has created a beautiful, safe & peaceful hub where she provides authentic yoga, mindfulness classes and holistic therapies in Gosport.

Yoga is a way of life it helps connect mind, body and spirit and through yoga one can explore all facets of this tradition.
