Aimee started practicing yoga following a back injury whilst training for the London Marathon. She soon established a regular practice through finding a love for Vinyasa, Rocket and Power yoga — dynamic yoga practices which were challenging yet perfectly soothing for the mind.

Living Yoga for me is about ordinary people taking part in this ancient practice in order to find balance, connection and harmony in their lives. I believe that in a society where we are taught that we must be stronger, fitter, slimmer, more beautiful, that there is great value in showing up on the mat, exactly as you are, without constantly striving to do and be more.
