Light Up Your Life Yoga covers yoga classes and yoga therapy delivered by Lucy Cleary. I started practising yoga in 2003 when I had mild postnatal depression after the birth of my youngest child. Yoga made a difference to my life almost instantly, helping me to feel like I could cope again, and helping me to sleep.
Tuesday & Thursday classes are now in Stockton Heath primary school, West av, WA4 6HX. I am sorry but due to building works we have restricted car parking at the school car park itself so please also overflow into the surrounding roads or the Forge car park (which is free after 3pm).
Yoga classes are mainly held in private gyms which require a membership to attend. Some classes are held at community leisure centres and are open for all to attend. Have a look at the schedule from the left hand menu for further details of my classes in Preston, Chorley, and Bolton.
