Louise comes from a contemporary dance background and has always been inspired by the body, its wisdom and intricacies. It was through a dance-related injury that she was lead onto the path of therapy work. She graduated in 2005 as a Shiatsu therapist through the Ealing School Of Shiatsu before also qualifying in Indian head massage and Hot Stone Therapy with Jing Advanced Massage training.

We consider the uniqueness of each person and how both internal and external factors impact functioning. We encourage our clients to become pro-active in their own health and partner with them as they journey towards true health and optimal wellness.

I am a trained Sivananda, Hatha flow and Ashtanga Yoga teacher based in Thame, Oxfordshire. My personal practice spans over 20 years, and I have been teaching since 2004. I aim to teach classes which are accessible to all, yet challenging on an individual level.
