We are an independent gym run by two friends who have over 20 years combined experience in the fitness industry. We wanted to provide people with a clean well equipped gym that was affordable to everyone making sure that cost was not a prohibiting factor to getting people fitter.

CrossFit Classes really are for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience as each movement is scaled to your individual requirements, which means everyone can access every workout via their own personalised route. Our core discipline is CrossFit but we offer a variety of Classes and Personal Training alongside our CrossFit classes to ensure we really do cater for everyone.

Having lived in East Grinstead for nearly 20 years I have established my own fully equipped and fully insured studio where I have trained many successful clients to reach their own personal goals. I am extremely passionate about personal fitness and well being and believe each person needs tailored sessions to give them the opportunity to suceed.
