She commenced training in 1997 initially in reflexology and then continued her studies at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy at Regent’s Park College, London, qualifying in Therapeutic Massage, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Basic Clinical Science and Anatomy and Physiology in 2000.

Everyone that comes to the clinic has completely different needs in terms of treatment, even if the injury is the same, I use a combination of treatments such as deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, acupuncture and others to achieve the best possible outcome. It also ensures that the time to make a recovery is kept to a minimum.

My interest in Complementary Therapies came following receiving massage treatments from a friend. The benefits I experienced from the treatments gave me the incentive to return to college to study, to enable me to treat and relay the benefits onto others. In 2005 I completed my training at East Devon College receiving a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies.
