I am originally from Germany but have almost lived more years outside Germany than in. Places which have formed me are Australia, South Africa, France and different parts of the UK. Yoga found me first in South Africa in 1999, but somehow the timing wasn’t right.

I am a full-time, qualified (BWY Dip, Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals) and experienced yoga teacher, teaching Yoga Teacher Training courses, private and public Yoga Classes and Yoga Workshops, mostly in Billericay, Essex.

My name is Louise Roach and I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach Hatha yoga in Epping, Essex and the surrounding area.

Vikki is a British Wheel of Yoga Accredited Yoga Teacher trained through the Yoga Academy and Birthlight offering pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative and beginners yoga classes and workshops in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas as well as retreats worldwide. Vikki’s classes were voted the best fitness class for parents in Essex” in both the 2015 and 2016 Essex Mums Awards.

For more than two decades I have been teaching yoga in both primary and special needs schools. I continue to be in demand and busy, every week teaching in a regular hub of schools spanning Essex, Hertfordshire and East London.
