It has it's foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and is a flowing, graceful style which focuses on the continuous flow of movement and breath.It's designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.

Since launching our Hot Yoga studio in January 2012 Body Bliss Yoga has gone from strength to strength and now has a second studio running Reformer Pilates and Physiotherapy Pilates classes. We also offer quality accredited Yoga and Pilates Courses ofqual regulated, Pregnancy Pilates, Back Care, Total Barreâ„¢, Workshops, Retreats and more.

The word "Mayur" means peacock in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit where these creatures were considered sacred. Although Yoga is sometimes thought of as a rather mystical subject, it is a very practical guide for transformation of mind, body and soul.

I am a full-time, qualified (BWY Dip, Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals) and experienced yoga teacher, teaching Yoga Teacher Training courses, private and public Yoga Classes and Yoga Workshops, mostly in Billericay, Essex.
