I have practiced yoga for almost 20 years and have been teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga since 2005. I trained with a BWY Diploma Course Tutor, Gillian Gee, in Chesterfield and trained in 'Calm for Kids' children's Yoga and Relaxation with Christianne Kerr in London.
