Specialised Ante Natal Yoga and Pilates Classes, Fitness Classes, 1 to 1 Ante Natal Packages, Small Group Sessions, Post Natal Fitness Classes and Buggy Push Classes, Post Natal Yoga & Pilates for mums-to-be and new mums. Recommended by Doctors and Midwifes for expectant mums who want to exercise confidently, safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. Fiona also gets the full support from her local Midwifes in her area/district.

We help students learn about Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. We are lucky to have found a Yoga studio to call home in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

My yoga journey began in the 1990s. At the time I was working within a large organisation that involved long hours, travel, not feeling challenged & stress. My very first tentative steps on the mat held mixed wonderings. After many years of high impact exercise I was rather confused by the slow movements. After continued practice & finally immersing myself in my own yoga practice, it lead me to train to become a yoga teacher. A decision which has been & still is so rewarding & fulfilling in so many ways.

We are a family-run business, teaching the importance of maintaining a strong, flexible, body and mind, through the regular practise of Yoga. Whatever your age, we can help you discover and maintain a happier, healthier you.

I have been practising Iyengar yoga for over 30 years. After many years as a student, I undertook the rigorous two-year Iyengar yoga training programme at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, Maida Vale, London to qualify as an Introductory yoga teacher. I have embarked on further training and have now reached the teaching level Intermediate Junior level 2.
