I'm Georgie Bassford and I've been teaching yoga here in Bath since 2003. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal yoga as well as yin and restorative yoga. I love yoga and cooking, walking, hill running, foraging, playing the fiddle, hanging out anywhere on the southwest UK coastline and cold water dips.

We have classes taught by the area’s leading practitioners for all levels. The teachers are highly qualified and the rooms are comfortable and warm. We have a wide range of therapies practiced by caring and expert professionals. As well as our regular classes there are specialist weekend workshops throughout the year.

Yoga is a meditation path that requires the aspirant to live a healthy life of virtue, based on philosophical understanding, that leads to spiritual freedom. This is attained by cultivating Sattvaguna (a pure mind) to create a condition where spiritual insight is possible.
