Having trained as a dancer, I discovered yoga about eleven years ago as therapy for a back injury. I was amazed by my physical and mental transformation, and fell in love with the practice. By that time I was working as a primary school teacher, so with my busy London life I combined a dedicated practice to yoga, with dance and Pilates, but found it was yoga that made me feel calmer, more grounded and free in my body.

"Synchronicity" expresses the Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre...when you are ready, the perfect holistic centre will appear... This yoga centre - 5330 sq ft of yoga, holistic therapies, and chillout space, was founded by Leon Deith, after a Sri Brighu reading in India.

Claire’s passion for yoga is readily experienced in her classes, where she welcomes students of all abilities. She believes that the practice should be supportive and adaptable to the individual, creating a sustainable practice. She passionately believes in empowering students to develop a nurturing regular practice. Her teaching style is open and supportive of the individual.
