I'm Georgie Bassford and I've been teaching yoga here in Bath since 2003. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal yoga as well as yin and restorative yoga. I love yoga and cooking, walking, hill running, foraging, playing the fiddle, hanging out anywhere on the southwest UK coastline and cold water dips.

Therapeutic Yoga in Bradford on Avon -therapeutic yoga is unique as the stretches and poses have been broken down or adapted, and time is given to rest and reflect between each of the moves.

Lydia Holmes and Edgar Stringer are a married couple and teach Iyengar yoga classes in North Wiltshire. We provide yoga courses for beginners, improvers, intermediate and more advanced levels. We offer private classes, including pregnancy yoga, therapeutic and remedial yoga. We also conduct Iyengar Yoga workshops for all levels and special events such as WOMAD festival and yoga holidays.

We have classes taught by the area’s leading practitioners for all levels. The teachers are highly qualified and the rooms are comfortable and warm. We have a wide range of therapies practiced by caring and expert professionals. As well as our regular classes there are specialist weekend workshops throughout the year.

Yoga-in was created by Nazama Tague, drawing on her 10-year practice of yoga and ayurvedic influenced upbringing. Inspired by traditional and modern teachings,we offer an understanding of yoga beyond just forming postures.
