Yoga asanas (postures) taught in a holistic way, in conjunction with pranayama (breathing techniques), bring health to and maintain mobility in the body, helping to de-stress and focus the mind.

My intention was to create a peaceful, holistic, homely and yet professional space in which to share my yoga passion and interest (see studio). Although the studio can take up to 18 students, we like to keep classes small and intimate and most have around 8 to 12 attendees.

Sumita is qualified as a Yoga Therapist with Yoga Biomedical Trust and as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. She is also a Reiki Master and Bio-Energy Therapist.

I first discovered yoga in the mid 90’s while travelling in India with my boyfriend, (now husband), Jeff. Initially I was reluctant but the more I practiced, the more I began to feel the physical and mental benefits: what started as a weekly yoga class became a daily yoga and meditation practice.

We all experience tightness in our muscles from time to time whether from inactivity, poor posture, repetitive strain or sports-related injuries. Yoga and massage are two ways of relieving tension in the muscles that help bring the body back into balance.

Trinity — a place that brings together many people from all walks of life for a wide range of activities during the week and for worship and prayer. We don’t claim to have all the answers and we’re not perfect, but we desire to serve God and reach out to all in our community.

My name is Sharon Cannon I'm an experienced and multi-certified Yoga Teacher and Massage therapist in the Ashford, Surrey area, I am fully insured to practise all the treatments on offer.

We teach yoga classes and private yoga in and around Twyford near Reading, Berkshire. All abilities welcome. Easily accessible from Woodley, Sonning, Charvil, Wargrave, Ruscombe, Hare Hatch, Hurst, Waltham St. Lawrence and East Reading.

Teaching from day one can be quite a daunting experience. However, by doing this my experience in teaching postures and my confidence grew considerably. I learned to teach yoga in a wonderfully supportive and fun environment. Many of my fellow students remain friends today, also providing a great support network” Graduate 2019.
