"Synchronicity" expresses the Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre...when you are ready, the perfect holistic centre will appear... This yoga centre - 5330 sq ft of yoga, holistic therapies, and chillout space, was founded by Leon Deith, after a Sri Brighu reading in India.

We enjoyed over 11 years at ‘The Old Mill’ in the heart of East Grinstead. However we are very excited have moved to a space set in stunning grounds with it’s own car park, separate ladies and gents toilets, a welcoming hallway and storage space so the Shala is uncluttered.

I teach public classes at the Soper Hall in Caterham on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9:30pm. Beginners welcome. I teach other classes by invitation only. Please contact me for details.

Having trained as a dancer, I discovered yoga about eleven years ago as therapy for a back injury. I was amazed by my physical and mental transformation, and fell in love with the practice. By that time I was working as a primary school teacher, so with my busy London life I combined a dedicated practice to yoga, with dance and Pilates, but found it was yoga that made me feel calmer, more grounded and free in my body.

Summerhouse Yoga classes are peaceful and intimate, a haven away from the stress of everyday life. Tracy teaches Hatha Yoga, encouraging students individually to achieve maximum benefits from their yoga practice.

When I first found yoga I'd already been working as a Counsellor for a few years and had spent much longer still on my own therapeutic journey, searching what I felt were the missing pieces that would complete my healing. I had been experiencing chronic pain for many years and was looking for a way to feel like my body was my own, not dependent upon someone fixing me all the time.

I’m super passionate about sharing my love of yoga hoping others experience the same fun and joy I’ve been lucky enough to discover (all those years ago).

Emily teaches Hatha yoga and pregnancy yoga in Ashtead, Surrey, and Weybridge. The classes are held at the Peaceful Pavillion on Ottways Lane in Ashtead, and the stylish Powers Cafe in Weybridge. The classes are mixed ability, offering gentle and challenging options depending on your own body and how you’re feeling that day. Yoga is beneficial and accessible to everyone and you can begin your practice at any age.
