Emily teaches Hatha yoga and pregnancy yoga in Ashtead, Surrey, and Weybridge. The classes are held at the Peaceful Pavillion on Ottways Lane in Ashtead, and the stylish Powers Cafe in Weybridge. The classes are mixed ability, offering gentle and challenging options depending on your own body and how you’re feeling that day.
