Hannah offers weekly yoga classes that offer you space and time to focus your mind, strengthen your body, bring awareness to seasonal energy and allow yourself a moment to just breathe.

When I first found yoga I'd already been working as a Counsellor for a few years and had spent much longer still on my own therapeutic journey, searching what I felt were the missing pieces that would complete my healing. I had been experiencing chronic pain for many years and was looking for a way to feel like my body was my own, not dependent upon someone fixing me all the time.

My name is Michelle Chand, and I have been studying yoga for the last twenty-five years. I teach classes in and around the Merrow area that are firmly rooted in yoga philosophy, and suitable for all students who are ready to begin their journey of personal growth and transformation.

Yoga enriches life! Attend a regular class and experience the transformative power of this holistic practice of self- care. Yoga is an Eastern Somatic practice which explores the body as perceived from within. Modern postural yoga is an accessible way into the greater subject of Yoga philosophy, psychology and lifestyle.

Summerhouse Yoga classes are peaceful and intimate, a haven away from the stress of everyday life. Tracy teaches Hatha Yoga, encouraging students individually to achieve maximum benefits from their yoga practice.

At Body Soul Yoga, based in Walton on Thames, Surrey, we offer a wide variety of yoga courses, workshops and private 1-2-1 yoga sessions. Our yoga teaching spans several styles of yoga, in order to suit a diverse range of requirements, experiences and goals. There will never be more than 9 students in each group to ensure your safety.
